2. Purposes and scope of data processing
Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
- processing and fulfilling orders,
- managing customer accounts and order history,
- communication with customers, including handling inquiries, complaints and after-sales support,
- marketing activities, including newsletters and telephone contact — only with the user’s consent.

- Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest of the controller,
