Returns and complaints
Below you will find the most important information regarding order returns, withdrawal from the contract and product complaints.
Order return
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to withdraw from the contract.
Complaint
Product complaints can be submitted within 2 years from the date of receiving the goods.
How to return an order?
To withdraw from the contract, simply inform us about your decision within 14 days of receiving the order.
You can contact us by e-mail at: sklep@puremed.com.pl or use the “Withdrawal from a distance contract” form attached to your order confirmation e-mail.
In your message, please include your order number and information about which products and quantities are being returned.
We recommend including the completed return form inside the parcel, this helps us identify the shipment faster and speeds up the refund process.

Cash on delivery return parcels are not accepted. The return shipment must be prepaid before sending.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving and verifying the returned parcel.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used during the purchase, unless the customer explicitly agrees to another refund method.
For deferred payment methods such as PayPo or BLIK Pay Later, please provide your bank account number and bank name.
Products that cannot be returned
The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to products:
- that spoil quickly or have a short shelf life,
- delivered in sealed packaging which cannot be returned after opening for health protection or hygiene reasons,
- which, after delivery, become inseparably connected with other items,
- whose price depends on financial market fluctuations beyond the seller’s control.
How to submit a complaint?
If a product turns out to be defective or damaged, you can submit a complaint by e-mail to: sklep@puremed.com.pl.
Please include:
- order number,
- description of the issue,
- photos of the product or damage, if possible.
After receiving your complaint and, if necessary, the defective product, we will verify the case and inform you about the next steps.

Complaints are processed within 14 days from receiving the complaint submission.
Possible complaint resolutions
If the complaint is accepted, the consumer may request:
- replacement of the product with a defect-free one,
- repair or removal of the defect,
- price reduction,
- withdrawal from the contract, in the case of a significant defect.
