Nucleofill Medium is a transparent gel based on polynucleotides, designed for deep skin renewal in skin showing the first signs of ageing. The product works multidirectionally: it stimulates fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin, supports skin hydration and helps protect the skin against oxidative stress. As a result, the skin becomes firmer, more elastic, smoother and better hydrated. The effects of the treatment build up gradually with subsequent applications, improving the overall condition and tone of the skin.

Active ingredients

Polynucleotides 20 mg/ml - stimulate fibroblasts to produce type I collagen and elastin, helping to improve skin density, firmness and lifting effect. They also have an antioxidant effect, helping to neutralize free radicals, and bind water molecules to provide deep and long-lasting skin hydration.

How to use

The product is intended for intradermal injection performed by a qualified professional. It is administered using a fine 30G x 13 mm needle, with a technique selected according to the skin’s needs, such as the 5-point technique, linear technique, multi-injection technique or depot technique. The recommended course is 4 treatments performed every 2–4 weeks. Maintenance treatments are recommended approximately every 6 months to prolong the effects.
