Domestic and international delivery
At Puremed you can choose from several delivery options, including DPD courier, pickup points, InPost parcel lockers, ORLEN Paczka, weekend delivery and personal pickup.
Free delivery applies only within Poland for prepaid orders over 350 PLN.

DPD Courier
Courier delivery to the selected home or business address.

DPD Courier Cash on Delivery
Courier delivery with payment upon receiving the parcel.

Parcel collection from a selected DPD pickup point or parcel machine.

InPost Parcel Locker
Convenient parcel collection from a selected InPost Parcel Locker or pickup point.

Parcel locker delivery with cash on delivery payment option.

InPost Weekend Delivery
Delivery to an InPost Parcel Locker on Saturday or Sunday. The exact delivery day cannot be guaranteed and depends on the carrier’s schedule.
This option is mainly intended for orders placed late in the week, especially on Thursday evening or on Friday before 12:00 PM.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday are not guaranteed to be delivered during the weekend. This service is paid separately and is not included in free delivery.

Parcel collection from ORLEN points, parcel machines and ORLEN stations. Available only for prepaid orders.

Pickup at our office on business days between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM, after receiving confirmation that the order is ready.

Choose your delivery method consciously
Important for temperature-sensitive products.
Some products may be sensitive to temperature and storage conditions. If you know that your parcel may remain outside or in a parcel locker exposed to sunlight or low temperatures for a longer time, we recommend choosing courier delivery directly to your home or business address.
For parcel lockers, pickup points and parcel machines, we recommend collecting the parcel as soon as possible after receiving the notification.
To help maintain the right temperature of your products, you may request a cooling insert and a thermal bag. Please add this information in the “Comments” field when placing your order.

International delivery
International deliveries are currently handled via DPD.
The shipping prices listed below are approximate and may vary depending on the destination country, parcel dimensions and carrier pricing. The final delivery cost may increase in the case of larger orders or heavier parcels containing a greater quantity of products

- Shipping costs are covered by the buyer unless the order meets the free delivery conditions.
- If several products are ordered, shipping takes place after the entire order has been completed.
