WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the distance contract.

Withdrawal from the contract takes place by submitting a declaration of withdrawal from the contract to the e-mail address: biuro@puremed.com.pl within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

To meet the deadline, it is enough to send a statement before its expiry.



The goods should be returned immediately to the following address: ul. Dębicz 33, 62-511 Kramsk with the note RETURN.



The reimbursement is made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. Cash on delivery parcels are not collected!

Remember that the right to withdraw from a distance contract is not available to the consumer when the following items are returned:

which spoil quickly or have a short shelf life,
which are delivered in a sealed package and which, once opened, cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package has been opened after delivery.
which after delivery, due to their nature, are inextricably linked with other items.
whose price or remuneration depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no control and which may occur before the deadline to withdraw from the contract.


COMPLAINTS

If the goods purchased from us turn out to be defective, the consumer has the right to make a complaint based on the warranty.

The complaint should be submitted to the e-mail address: biuro@puremed.com.pl

The consumer has two years to file a complaint from the date of delivery of the goods.



The advertised goods should be sent to the following address: ul. Dębicz 33, 62-511 Kramsk with the note COMPLAINT.



Due to the defect, the consumer may request:

exchange of things for one free from defects,
defect removal,
or make a statement about:

lowering the price,
withdrawal from the contract - in the event of a material defect.
The complaint is considered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
