🌍 Loyalty points for international customers (EUR)

Our loyalty program works the same for everyone – but all point calculations are based on Polish currency (PLN).

Here's how it works if you're shopping in EUR, in short (to know more, please keep reading till the end):

• You earn 1 loyalty point for every 1 PLN spent, regardless of the currency shown.
• Even if the product costs 75 EUR, it's equivalent to 300 PLN – so you get 300 loyalty points.
• To get a 0.25 EUR discount, you need to use 20 loyalty points.

Do you like shopping as a guest? So do we!

We get it – shopping as a guest is quick and easy. No need to create a password, confirm emails or log in. But… do you know what you don’t get when shopping as a guest? 👉 No loyalty points! And that’s a real shame – trust us, we know what we’re talking about 😊

For every 1 PLN spent, you earn 1 loyalty point. To reduce your order total by 1 PLN, you need to use 20 points. Simple? Of course! Even if you're shopping in EUR or another currency, your points are still calculated based on the PLN value of your order. (For example: if a product costs 75 EUR, that equals 300 PLN – and you’ll get 300 points.)

Points are automatically added to your account after your order is completed. What does “completed” mean? It means your order has been delivered and received. So you won’t see the points right after placing the order – they’ll appear once the package is in your hands. You can check your current point balance after logging into your account. If you decide to return your order or don’t collect your package – the points for that order won’t be added or will be cancelled.

How does it work? Step by step:

1. Create an account and fill in your details – shipping address, billing info, phone number, email. (Double-check everything! Typos, wrong NIP/VAT EU numbers or phone number can delay shipping.)
2. Place an order for the products you want.
3. Receive your order 😊
4. Place your next order (remember to log into your account!).
5. At checkout, look for the field "Use loyalty points", enter how many you want to use – and voilà, the price goes down.

A few extra things to keep in mind:

1. You don’t need to use all your points at once – use as many as you like, the rest will stay on your account.
2. The system will make sure everything’s fair.
3. For example, if you try to use more points than needed (and your cart would end up being 0.00), it will automatically adjust the amount so the final price is at least 1 PLN / 0.25 EUR.
4. Points are not earned on orders where you use points as a discount.
5. To earn new points, place an order without using loyalty points.
