Loyalty Program
Do you like shopping quickly and conveniently? So do we. But if you shop as a guest, you miss one important benefit which are loyalty points.
For every 1 PLN spent, you receive 1 loyalty point. To reduce your order total by 1 PLN, you need to use 20 points.
Loyalty points for international customers
Our loyalty program works the same for everyone, but all point calculations are based on Polish currency PLN.
Even if you shop in EUR, points are calculated based on the PLN value of your order.
Example: if a product costs 75 EUR and this equals 300 PLN, you will receive 300 loyalty points.
1 PLN = 1 point
Points are added for purchases made through a registered customer account.
20 points = 1 PLN discount
If you shop in EUR, 20 points reduce the order value by approximately 0.25 EUR.
Points after completion
Points appear in your account after the order has been delivered and received.
How does it work?
- Create a customer account and fill in your details.
- Place an order for selected products.
- Receive your parcel.
- After the order is completed, points will be assigned to your account.
- On your next order, log in and use your points in the cart.
Why is it worth it?
- points are collected automatically,
- you do not have to use all points at once,
- you can lower the value of your next order,
- the program costs nothing, simply shop while logged into your account.
Where can you check your points?
You can check your current point balance after logging into your customer account.
Go to “My Account” or check the information in the cart below the order summary.
Important rules
- Points are added only for orders placed while logged into a customer account.
- Points are assigned after the order is completed, delivered and received.
- Points are cancelled if the order is cancelled, returned or not collected.
- Points are not earned on orders where points are used as a discount.
- To earn new points, place an order without using loyalty points.
- The system may automatically adjust the number of points used so that the final order value does not drop to zero.
If you want to collect loyalty points, remember to place your orders while logged into your account. Shopping as a guest is faster, but it does not allow you to earn points.
