1. Definitions

1.1. “Store” means the online store operated at https://puremed.com.pl.

1.2. “Seller” means AESTHETIC SOLUTIONS PUREMED SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, ul. Polska 114, 60-401 Poznań, Poland, KRS: 0001231286, NIP: 7831899805, REGON: 528048050.

1.3. “Consumer” means a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business or profession.

1.4. “Customer” means any natural person, legal entity or unincorporated entity using the Store, including Consumers and business Customers.

1.5. “Goods” means products offered for sale in the Store.

1.6. “Day(s)” means calendar days unless otherwise specified.

3. Technical Requirements

To use the Store, you need:

• a device with Internet access,
• a modern web browser supporting JavaScript and cookies,
• a valid e-mail address to receive order confirmations.

4. Ordering Process

4.1. Add selected Goods to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

4.2. Choose delivery method and payment method.

4.3. Confirm order details and accept these Terms and Conditions.

4.4. Acceptance constitutes a sales contract between the Customer and the Seller.

4.5. Order confirmations are sent by e-mail.

5. Pricing, Currency & Payment

5.1. The Store supports different currency and language settings. Page language and currency are independent settings.

5.2. Prices displayed in the Store reflect the selected currency and include VAT where applicable.

5.3. International Customers should note that their bank or payment provider may apply their own exchange rate and additional conversion fees.

5.4. Available payment methods may include:

• bank transfer,
• mBank PayNow,
• Przelewy24,
• credit/debit cards,
• BLIK,
• Apple Pay,
• Google Pay,
• PayPo,
• cash on delivery — available only for orders delivered within Poland.

5.5. Bank account details are available in the “Payment Methods” section of the Store.

6. Order Fulfillment

6.1. Order processing time is calculated from payment confirmation.

6.2. Estimated order processing times are shown in the Store.

6.3. If an order includes several products with different processing times, the order is shipped after all products have been completed.

7. Shipping & Duties

7.1. Domestic and international delivery options are available depending on the destination country.

7.2. Shipping cost depends on the destination, delivery method, parcel weight and order value.

7.3. For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply and are borne by the Customer.

7.4. Delivery times may vary due to carrier schedules, customs clearance or circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.

8. Right of Withdrawal

8.1. Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the Goods without giving any reason.

8.2. To withdraw from the contract, the Customer should notify the Seller at: sklep@puremed.com.pl.

8.3. The withdrawal deadline is met if the notification is sent before the 14-day period expires.

9. Returns & Refunds

9.1. After withdrawal, the Customer should return the Goods to:

9.2. Return shipping costs are paid by the Customer, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

9.3. Refunds are made no later than 14 days after receiving and verifying the returned Goods.

9.4. Refunds are made using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless the Customer explicitly agrees to another refund method.

9.5. The Seller may withhold the refund until the Goods are received or proof of shipment is provided.

9.6. Cash on delivery return parcels are not accepted.

10. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods that spoil quickly or have a short shelf life,
• sealed Goods which cannot be returned after opening for health protection or hygiene reasons,
• Goods which, after delivery, become inseparably connected with other items,
• Goods whose price depends on financial market fluctuations beyond the Seller’s control.

11. Complaints & Warranty

11.1. Customers may submit complaints by e-mail to: sklep@puremed.com.pl.

11.2. The complaint should include the order number, description of the issue and, if possible, photos of the product or defect.

11.3. Complaints are processed within 14 days from receiving the complaint submission.

11.4. If necessary, the Customer may be asked to return the defective product for verification.

11.5. In the case of an accepted complaint, the Customer may request a replacement, repair, price reduction or withdrawal from the contract in the case of a significant defect.

12. Personal Data & Privacy

12.1. The Seller processes personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable Polish law.

12.2. Detailed privacy information is available in the “Privacy Policy” section of the Store.

13. Promotions & Contests

13.1. Promotion rules, discount codes and special campaigns may be subject to separate terms.

13.2. Promotions may include temporary price reductions, brand or category discounts, discount codes or other special offers.

13.3. Promotions may be time-limited or valid until revoked.

13.4. Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

13.5. Only one discount code may be used per order, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

13.6. If a product is already discounted, an additional discount code may not apply, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

13.7. Adding a product to the cart does not constitute a reservation of the product or a guarantee of maintaining the promotional price.

13.8. The price binding for the order is the price valid at the time the order is placed.

13.9. Where a price reduction is announced, the Store informs about the lowest price of the product applied during the 30 days prior to the reduction, in accordance with applicable law.

14. Governing Law & Final Provisions

14.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.

14.2. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent Polish courts, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions state otherwise.

14.3. The Polish-language version of these Terms and Conditions is binding. The English version is provided for convenience only.
