Fillers with lidocaine
Indications for the treatment with hyaluronic acid: filling wrinkles, folds, furrows, restoring the volume of tissues, revitalizing the skin. Treatments can be performed on all parts of the body, but most often they concern the skin of the face. With the help of hyaluronic acid, we can fill the wrinkles and folds of the glabellar area, fill the wrinkles between the eyebrows (lion's wrinkles), wrinkles around the eyes (crow's feet), nasolabial folds, folds from the corners of the mouth to the chin line (marionette lines), wrinkles and furrows around the mouth (smoker's lines). We can also enlarge and model the lips. Contraindications to injections with hyaluronic acid: Although hyaluronic acid is a 100% safe and natural substance (it is present in our skin), there are some contraindications that make it impossible to perform the procedure: pregnancy and lactation, systemic infections, skin infections, active neoplastic process, immune diseases, immunotherapeutic treatment, epilepsy, cutaneous porphyria, vitiligo / psoriasis, scarring tendency. Before the procedure, you should avoid taking anticoagulants (e.g. aspirin). Complications after filling wrinkles with hyaluronic acid: After the treatment of wrinkles with hyaluronic acid or lip modeling, local reactions such as redness, swelling, bruising, tenderness, and stinging may occur within a few days after the procedure. Effects of filling with hyaluronic acid: Hyaluronic acid, immediately after injection into the tissue, binds water and increases its volume, giving the effect of filling the wrinkles. Therefore, the effect of the treatment is almost immediate, but the full results are visible after a few days, when the preparation is completely distributed under the skin, the swelling or other possible and previously mentioned side effects disappear. Within 6 to 18 months, the preparation is completely absorbed, and water appears in the place where the preparation was. Therefore, even if the preparation is completely absorbed, the skin is much more moisturized and taut than before the treatment, and the wrinkle filling effects are still maintained. There are fillers with lidocaine, which means that the preparation is combined with an anesthetic substance, thanks to which the pain accompanying the procedure is minimal and the entire procedure is more comfortable.
