Mechanism of action – fragmented HA and CD-44 receptors

AMI BODY is built on DIVES MED's key innovation: fragmented hyaluronic acid composed of 20–38 monomers. These short HA fragments act fundamentally differently from a long-chain polymer:

• CD-44 receptor activation — fragmented HA binds to CD-44 surface receptors on fibroblasts, activating them to endogenous biosynthesis of collagen and elastin,
• Intensive water retention — short HA fragments actively bind water molecules in tissue, ensuring optimal cellular hydration,
• ECM modulation — influence on the structure and organisation of the collagen matrix, improving the mechanical properties of skin,
• Cellular-level restructuring — restoring optimal conditions for fibroblast function and structural protein synthesis.

Amino acid collagen promoters

• L-lysine — essential for cross-linking of collagen fibres, stabilises connective tissue and improves elasticity,
• L-glycine — the most abundant amino acid in collagen (~1/3 of the molecule), essential for the triple helix structure,
• L-proline — key structural component of collagen, responsible for fibre strength and stability.

The combination of fragmented HA with amino acids creates a complete environment for endogenous collagen synthesis — both the biological signal (via CD-44) and the building materials for new fibres.
