Profhilo H+L is a skin bioremodeling treatment patented by the Italian pharmaceutical company IBSA — the world's first product of this class. It contains 64 mg of stabilised hybrid hyaluronic acid complexes in 2 ml — the highest concentration currently available on the aesthetic medicine market.

What is bioremodeling and how is it different from a filler?

The BAP technique mainly covers the lower two-thirds of the face: the jawline, the cheekbone area and cheeks, the pre-auricular area and chin — the areas where ageing processes occur most intensely.

Treatment protocol

• Standard cycle: 2 treatments about 30 days apart.
• For very advanced skin changes, the manufacturer allows for a third session around 2 months after the second.
• Maintenance treatments: a follow-up session every 2–3 months, or 1–2 sessions per year.
