What is NITHYA Extended Treatment Cream?

NITHYA Extended Treatment Cream is an intensively regenerating cream developed by Euroresearch Srl as the official home-use complement to the Nithya treatment protocol — designed to be used between sessions and after collagen injection treatments. Its advanced formula combining atelocollagen, PDRN and natural nourishing ingredients prolongs the effects of treatments, supports the skin's repair processes and protects it against external factors.

The product can also be used as a standalone treatment — as intensive regenerating care for dry, rough, tired or irritated skin — regardless of whether the user is undergoing Nithya injectable treatments.

Composition – the role of each active ingredient

Atelocollagen — a highly purified form of collagen from which the telopeptides (fragments responsible for immunogenicity) have been enzymatically removed. Result: significantly lower risk of allergic reactions than regular collagen, better skin tolerance and higher biocompatibility. Atelocollagen supports the structural rebuilding of the dermis, improves elasticity and resilience, and provides the skin with the building blocks for its own collagen production.

PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide) — a DNA derivative extracted from salmon tissue, with proven biological activity. It stimulates adenosine A2A receptors, triggering cellular repair processes and new collagen synthesis. It has anti-inflammatory properties, accelerates healing and epidermal regeneration — particularly valuable after injectable treatments, chemical peels and microneedling.

Jojoba Oil — technically a liquid wax ester with a composition similar to sebum, excellently tolerated by all skin types. It moisturises deeply without a greasy feel, strengthens the hydrolipidic barrier and protects against transepidermal water loss (TEWL).

Shea Butter — rich in fatty acids (linoleic, oleic, stearic), this protective emollient intensively moisturises, seals the skin barrier and supports regeneration. It contains natural triterpenes with anti-inflammatory activity.

Allantoin — a multi-directional soothing agent: it accelerates healing, stimulates cell renewal (keratolysis), soothes irritation and redness. Particularly effective in post-treatment care.

Panthenol (Provitamin B5) — moisturises and softens the skin, accelerates healing of minor epidermal damage, soothes burning and discomfort after treatments.

Bisabolol — a natural chamomile extract with confirmed soothing, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties. Reduces skin reactivity and redness.

Vitamin E (tocopherol) — a lipid antioxidant protecting skin cells from free radicals and oxidative stress (UV radiation, pollutants). Slows skin ageing and strengthens the protective barrier.

Rice Bran Oil — rich in squalene, oryzanol and vitamin E. Nourishes the skin, adds softness and smoothness, strengthens the lipid barrier.

How to use?

• Apply to clean, dry skin 1–2 times daily — morning and/or evening.
• Massage in gently using circular movements until fully absorbed.

• Can be applied more frequently for very dry skin or intensive regeneration needs.

Synergy with Nithya treatments

NITHYA Extended Treatment Cream was developed by Euroresearch Srl as part of a complete skin restoration protocol — a cream working synergistically with NITHYA Type I Collagen injections (Face and Body). How does atelocollagen differ from regular collagen in creams?
Atelocollagen is a form of collagen from which the telopeptides — the parts of the molecule responsible for triggering immune reactions — have been enzymatically removed. The result: significantly better skin tolerance, lower allergy risk and higher biocompatibility. Atelocollagen is a far more advanced ingredient than the hydrolysed collagen found in most mass-market creams.

What is PDRN and why is it in the cream?
PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide) is a DNA derivative with proven regenerative action — it stimulates adenosine A2A receptors, accelerating cellular repair, collagen synthesis and reducing inflammation. It is widely used in professional mesotherapy preparations (e.g. Rejuran), and its presence in a post-treatment cream prolongs and deepens the regeneration effects initiated by the injectable treatment.

Can the cream be used without Nithya injectable treatments?
Yes — the cream works effectively as a standalone regenerating treatment for dry, sensitive, tired or irritated skin, regardless of injectable treatments.

When after a treatment can I start using the cream?

Can the cream be used on the body?
