AesPLLA 365mg

AesPLLa 365 mg is a Korean biostimulating preparation based on poly-L-lactic acid, used in aesthetic medicine to stimulate the natural production of collagen. The product works in the deep layers of the skin, gradually restoring lost tissue volume, improving elasticity and smoothing wrinkles and folds. The effects appear gradually, with the first results visible after approximately 4 weeks following injection. The preparation helps achieve a natural rejuvenating effect without a sudden change in facial features. The results may last up to 2–3 years, depending on skin condition, injection technique and the patient’s individual predispositions.

Indications:

Active ingredients:

• Poly-L-lactic acid - 150 mg – a biocompatible and biodegradable polymer that stimulates fibroblasts to produce collagen, improves skin density, restores volume and smooths wrinkles.
• Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose - 90 mg – an ingredient that supports the appropriate consistency of the preparation after reconstitution and helps ensure even administration into the tissue.
• Mannitol - 125 mg – an auxiliary substance with stabilising properties, supporting the durability of the preparation and helping to limit oxidative stress at the injection site.

Capacity:

1 ampoule with 365 mg of powder.

Directions for use:

The product is intended exclusively for professional use by qualified medical personnel. The preparation should be reconstituted with 5 ml of saline and left for approximately 3 hours before administration. AesPLLa is administered into the deep layers of the dermis, most commonly using a linear technique with a 26G needle or cannula. The product should be used within 72 hours of opening.

Contraindications:

• pregnancy and breastfeeding,
• active skin infections at the injection site,

• hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the preparation,
• active cancer,
• blood clotting disorders,
• use of anticoagulant medication, unless otherwise decided by a doctor,
• recently performed aesthetic medicine treatments in the same area.
