Jalupro Glow Peel 5 ml – chemical peel AHA+BHA+PHA, tranexamic acid, niacinamide, brightening and smoothing without neutralisation
Innovative superficial chemical peel by Professional Derma SA (Lugano, Switzerland) — maker of the Jalupro range. Seven-active-ingredient complex, no neutralisation required. For professionals only.
Seven-component active complex – how does Glow Peel work?
AHA acids (alpha-hydroxy)
- Glycolic acid — smallest AHA molecule, deepest penetration; intensively exfoliates dead cells and smooths texture,
- Lactic acid — exfoliates and simultaneously hydrates; gentler than glycolic, supports barrier repair,
- Citric acid — brightening and antioxidant properties; neutralises free radicals and evens complexion.
BHA acid (beta-hydroxy)
- Salicylic acid — lipophilic, penetrates through sebum into pores; keratolytic, cleansing, anti-inflammatory — effective for acne-prone skin and excessive keratinisation.
Tranexamic acid – melanogenesis inhibitor
Tranexamic acid has potent depigmenting action — it blocks melanocyte activation by prostaglandins, reducing melanin synthesis at the source. Particularly effective for hormonal pigmentation (melasma, chloasma) and sun damage.
Niacinamide – complexion and radiance
Niacinamide (Vitamin B3) inhibits melanosome transfer to keratinocytes, evens skin tone and imparts a healthy, radiant appearance. Also regulates sebum and strengthens the skin barrier.
Gluconolactone (PHA) – gentle exfoliation and hydration
Gluconolactone, a poly-hydroxy acid, exfoliates more gently than AHAs without irritating sensitive or vascular-prone skin. Antioxidant and moisturising properties help soothe any acid-related irritation.

FAQ – questions and answers
Why does Jalupro Glow Peel not require neutralisation?
The Glow Peel formula is pH-balanced to enable effective acid action without a separate neutralisation step. No neutralisation simplifies the treatment protocol and reduces the risk of uneven action cessation — the peel exhausts its action within the planned exposure time.
What makes tranexamic acid stand out among brightening ingredients?
Tranexamic acid works via a different mechanism than classic melanogenesis inhibitors. It blocks melanocyte activation by prostaglandins — inflammatory mediators — making it particularly effective for inflammation-related pigmentation (melasma, post-acne marks) and well-tolerated by sensitive skin.
Jalupro Glow Peel is intended exclusively for use by doctors and cosmetologists trained in aesthetic medicine holding qualifications to perform chemical peel treatments. Exposure time should be selected individually based on patient skin phototype and tolerance. By purchasing, you confirm the required professional qualifications.
