Daily portion and dosage

1 sachet (14 ml) contains:

2000 mg of Glycine

1750 mg of L-proline

250 mg of L-lysine

Net content: 420 ml

Take once a day on an empty stomach dissolved sachet in 50 ml or more of water, fruit juice, tea or other drink.

For optimal and long-lasting results, take one sachet daily for 3 months.
