What is NITHYA S-Line Stimulate?

NITHYA S-Line Stimulate is an intensively biostimulating preparation for needle mesotherapy produced by Euroresearch Srl. It is the strongest collagen stimulator in the S-Line family — focusing on deep fibroblast stimulation and matrix remodelling via the TGF-β1 pathway. Particularly indicated for advanced ageing, loss of skin density, stretch marks and scars.

The 5×5 ml pack is the preferred choice for clinics — it contains a complete treatment cycle (4–6 sessions) in one pack with a lower unit cost than the 1×5 ml version.

Tetrapeptide-2 – dual anti-ageing mechanism via TGF-β1

Tetrapeptide-2 is a synthetic biomimetic peptide with a bilateral mechanism:

• TGF-β1 pathway activation — stimulates β1-integrin receptors on fibroblasts, triggering synthesis of type I and III collagen, elastin and fibronectin.
• MMP inhibition — reduces collagen-degrading enzyme activity. Effect: more collagen produced AND less destroyed — dual acceleration of dermal matrix remodelling.
• Fibroblast proliferation — promotes cell division, increasing the number and activity of collagen-producing cells.

This makes Tetrapeptide-2 particularly effective for stretch marks and scars — areas requiring active remodelling of permanently damaged collagen structure.

Atelocollagen and HA – synergy of three ingredients

Type I atelocollagen activates fibroblasts through mechanotransduction — independently of Tetrapeptide-2. Together they provide dual stimulation via two different receptor mechanisms. Sodium hyaluronate hydrates, supports the ECM environment and provides optimal conditions for regenerative processes.
