What is NITHYA Synerlift DMAE & PDRN?

NITHYA Synerlift DMAE & PDRN is an advanced, ready-to-use mesotherapy cocktail produced by Euroresearch Srl — the same manufacturer behind the unique NITHYA Type I Collagen line. The product combines three key active substances: DMAE (dimethylaminoethanol), PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide) and hyaluronic acid, creating the Dual-Firming Action — a dual mechanism of simultaneous firming and deep regeneration of the skin.

Unlike classic mesotherapy products based solely on hyaluronic acid, Synerlift acts on three levels simultaneously: firms the cell membrane and muscle tone of the skin (DMAE), stimulates tissue regeneration and neoangiogenesis (PDRN), and restores hydration and elasticity (HA). Results are visible from the first treatment and build with each successive session.

Dual-Firming Action – the synergistic effect of two substances

The Dual-Firming Action concept is based on combining two substances that act on the skin through different, complementary pathways:

DMAE – mechanism of firming action

2-dimethylaminoethanol (DMAE) is an analogue of vitamin B-choline and a direct precursor of acetylcholine — the neurotransmitter responsible for muscle contraction. In aesthetic medicine, DMAE acts in a multi-directional way:

• Strengthens cell membranes — DMAE is a component of the phospholipids that build cell membranes. Its external supply increases the structural integrity of membranes, translating into improved tone and turgor of skin cells.

Polydeoxyribonucleotide (PDRN) is a natural DNA derivative with a molecular weight of 50–1500 kDa, derived from salmon (Salmonidae) roe. It has gained wide recognition in regenerative medicine thanks to its clinically proven multi-directional mechanism of action:

How does Synerlift DMAE & PDRN differ from a classic HA skinbooster?
A classic skinbooster based solely on HA hydrates and fills intradermally but does not stimulate regeneration or firm the skin. Synerlift acts on three levels simultaneously: firms (DMAE), regenerates (PDRN) and hydrates (HA) — the effect is significantly broader and appears faster.

Is the PDRN in Synerlift the same substance as in Rejuran?
Yes — PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide) is the same class of active substance. Synerlift combines it with DMAE and HA in one ready-to-use mesotherapy product, available at a more competitive price while delivering a comparable regenerative PDRN mechanism of action.

When are the first results visible?
