Algae oligosaccharides (Hydrolyzed Algin) – anti-pollution protection

Algae oligosaccharides are the standout active ingredient — marine algae derivatives with documented anti-pollution action. They cleanse skin of environmental pollutant particles (PM2.5, PM10, exhaust particles) that deposit in pores and on the skin surface. They reduce skin reactivity and support natural repair mechanisms — especially important for sensitive, rosacea-prone and pollution-exposed skin.

Glycerin – hydration and comfort

Glycerin as a humectant maintains skin hydration during and after cleansing, eliminating the tight feeling even with morning and evening use.

Oil and emollient complex – barrier and softness

• Macadamia oil — rich in monounsaturated fatty acids, conditions and regenerates skin,
• Rice bran oil (gamma oryzanol) — restores skin balance,
• Xylitol complex (Xylitylglucoside + Anhydroxylitol + Xylitol) — prebiotic complex supporting the skin barrier and hydration,

Fragrance-free

The emulsion contains no added fragrance compounds — the perceptible scent comes only from natural raw materials. No synthetic fragrance makes it safe for reactive and allergy-prone skin.

How to use

Use morning and evening. Apply emulsion to damp face and neck skin. Cleanse for a minimum of 1 minute with water. Rinse thoroughly. Best used after prior make-up removal with Osmogel Precleanser. Perform a patch test before first use.

Why is this emulsion safe for acne treatment with isotretinoin?

Dermatological treatments (especially isotretinoin, retinoids and topical antibiotics) significantly increase skin sensitivity. Ph.Doctor Emulsion contains no SLS/SLES, alcohol, fragrance or comedogenic ingredients. The formula with glycerin and algae oligosaccharides cleanses without disrupting the weakened skin barrier, not aggravating the dryness or irritation typical of dermatological treatments.

Why cleanse for 1 minute rather than a few seconds?

One minute is the time needed for algae oligosaccharides and surfactants to fully penetrate pores, surround pollutant particles and enable their thorough rinsing. Cleansing for 10–15 seconds (as most people do) is insufficient for deep pore cleansing and removal of environmental particles. 60 seconds = approximately 2–3 full rounds of massage across the whole face.
