1. Decapeptide-4 – lipolysis and collagen peptide

Decapeptide-4, a 10-amino-acid peptide, simultaneously supports fat breakdown, ensures skin firming and smoothing after fat reduction, stimulates muscle metabolism and promotes fibroblast collagen production — maintaining skin elasticity and preventing post-treatment laxity.

2. L-carnitine – natural fat transporter

L-carnitine is a naturally occurring amino acid essential for fatty acid transport to mitochondria, where they undergo β-oxidation (combustion). In a lipolytic preparation, it accelerates the elimination of released fatty acids from tissues with a detoxifying effect.

3. Phosphatidylcholine – direct lipolysis

Is fat cell reduction with Dermaheal LL permanent?

Yes — phosphatidylcholine and Decapeptide-4 cause the physical destruction of fat cells (adipocytes), which are eliminated through the lymphatic system.
