Mechanism of Action:

1. Physical Support
   Immediately after injection, Lenisna fills the tissue with non-crosslinked HA. The micro-particles of PDLLA stabilize the HA hydrogel, preventing migration and ensuring cohesive support.

2. Reconstruction
   Two weeks post-treatment, as the HA begins to hydrolyze, PLA particles intensify collagen production. This leads to improved elasticity, density, and skin thickness. From this point, PLA dominates, promoting long-term synthesis of collagen and elastin.

3. Maintenance
   Around 6 months after injection, the final effects become visible. The product undergoes gradual biodegradation, and the skin volume is maintained by newly synthesized collagen fibers.
